Cate has worked in the real estate industry for 16 years, 13 of which running her own brokerage. Before she began her career as a realtor in the Twin Cities, she spent 10 years in the mortgage industry. Her experience in the mortgage industry enables her to better understand the complexities of the mortgage process.
Cate’s goal is to help educate clients and uncomplicate the home buying process so they know exactly what to expect when purchasing a home and to help guide sellers through the steps to sell their home quickly, easily, and for the greatest amount of money. She resides in Plymouth with her husband and two sons. In her spare time, Cate enjoys spending time with friends and family, baking, and hiking the Minnesota State Parks.
