Bought and Sold a home in 2012.

We had been thinking of buying a house for a while but was hesitant since most of our friends who had houses were telling us it's was a bad idea. I met Cate at a friend's party and she told me about her work as a realter. I talked to my husband who didn't even want to hear it. I worked with Cate to make sure we can first qualify for loans and explain that we wanted a mortgage that was manageable for us.My husband jumped on board and agreed to have Cate as our realtor after meeting with her and seeing how hard working she was. Bought a home in 2010

I would give Cate Curia the highest recommendation possible. My house was up for a short sale. Bank Of America sent me a list of realtors to chose from. After talking to 4 or 5 of their choices I got to Cate. She was the only realtor who seemed to have any interest in helping me. She was a super  star from the start. We had several set backs in the process and every time, Cate was right there taking care of it. She pulled a real miracle at the end when BOA sold my loan a day before our closing. I have no idea how she did it, but she got the new bank and BOA to agree to close the house anyway. She arranged a new appraisal and got all the paper work in order. She was also extremely helpful help in guiding me through what to try and fix up in the house. She knew exactly what would help the sale. She saved me quite a bit of time and money. I will use Cate in the future when I can purchase a home again. She was so professional and she worked so hard for me. She spent hours and hours getting my house sold. The small fee she received from my sale could never cover all the work she did for me. If you want a dedicated, professional,, knowledgeable realtor who goes the extra mile again and again, than Cate is the realtor you should choose.

In the spring of 2013 I decided that I wanted to buy a house. Cate was referred to me by a friend and from the moment I met her I appreciated her kindness and professionalism. After working through some credit issue, by late summer I was ready to start looking for my new home. My road to  home-ownership definitely had some rough patches. From pulling an offer due to a bad roof to not being able to close due to an unclear title, Cate stuck with me and provided a lot of insight & knowledge during very frustrating times. When I was at the point of giving up, she was encouraging and convinced me to keep pursuing my dream of being an home owner. I can not even recall how many homes I looked at, but was relieved when I finally found 'THE" perfect home for my family. I met Cate back in 2010 when I was trying to do a short sale on my property. Cate drove to my home to meet with me with her very young baby. Cate worked extensively with the lender and we got the property sold. Cate always remained in touch with my family. I had been searching for a home for 1yr when I finially landed Cate. I had went through 7 Realtors, 5 of whom said they couldn't help me unless I upped my budget (1 even suggested I get a 2nd job) or settled for a small yard or 45minute commute.

Cate had faith in me. She looked everywhere  (withing my drive limit) & showed me ones I found online. The 1 time she couldn't show me a place quickly, she arranged for the selling Realtor to show me.

Cate was amazing during our home buying proceeds. This was our first time buying a home and she had no problem with answer all of questions. We went through a no traditional loan to buy our home that gave us a lot of problem along the way, but Cate was educated about that specific loan process and  was very patient with us.
